What is Assembly?

The Assembly League are six road races that we participate every year. It is about 3 miles and take place once a month from April-Sept and usually on Thursday evenings around 7:15. These races are free and are available for club runners only.The club earns points based on finishing positions of our top members and prices are available for individual and for club performances. The venues are typically the same every year at Beckenham, Victoria Park (East London), Battersea Park and the Dome (North Greenwich).

Thu April 6th - Beckenham - 7:15pm start (3 miles)
Thu May 4th - Victoria Park - 7:30pm start (3.5 miles)
Thu June 1st - Battersea Park - 7:30pm start (5km)
Thu July 6th - The Dome (North Greenwich) - 7:30pm start (5km)
Thu July 27th - Victoria Park - 7:30pm start (3.5 miles)
Thu September 7th - Beckenham - 7:30pm start (3 miles) 

 Course Description

 Beckenham - Two lap course on roads, expect to ascend and descend 50m. This based at Beckenham Cricket Club House and it has toilets, showers, changing rooms and a bar with food.

 Victoria Park - Two lap course within Victoria Park. There are toilets, showers and changing rooms at the clubhouse.
