Monday: Track: Speedworks @7:15pmComeOnOver

Tuesday: Club House: Interval Sessions @7:15pm

Wednesday: Core Training: body conditioning @7:00pm

Thursday: Club House: 5-10K @7:15pm  

Friday: Rest

Saturday: Races, our member regularly attend Hackney Marshes, Wanstead Flats and Walthamstow ParkRun

Sunday: Club House: Longer Runs 10K-15K @10:15am
