Official club training sessions take place on three evenings per week, with an additional organised run on Sunday mornings.

Members often get together to do additional sessions at other times, on other days, or alongside the main club session. If there's something different you need, there's usually someone else who will benefit from the same thing and offer to do it with you. Use the Eton Manor AC - Members Discussion Group on Facebook to organise something with other members.
